Abstract: 

پرتالها نقش بسیار موثری در زمینه مدیریت محتوی، شخصی سازی اطلاعات، ایجاد امنیت در سطح بسیار بالا و یکپارچه سازی سیستمها در یک سازمان ایفا می کنند. با توجه به شرکتهای مختلفی که محصول پرتال ارایه می کنند انتخاب مناسبترین محصول برای یک سازمان اهمیت فراوانی دارد. روشهای قبلی مقایسه پرتالها مبتنی بر تعداد و تنوع ویژگیهایی است که پرتالها ارایه می کنند. در روشهای مقایسه قبلی یکی از اساسیترین فاکتورها یعنی ماهیت عملکرد و گستردگی سازمان در نظر گرفته نشده است. در این مقاله با ارایه الگوریتمی مبتنی بر تصمیمگیری چند معیار MCDM و با توجه به پارامترهایی که ذکر خواهیم کرد پرتالها را مقایسه کرده و مناسبترین پرتال را بر اساس عملکرد سازمان پیشنهاد می کنیم.

Abstract: 

decision making on making/buying problem has always been a challenge to decision makers. In this paper a methodology has been proposed to resolve this challenge. This methodology is capable of evaluating making/buying decision making under uncertainty. For uncertainty, the fuzzy logic and simulation approaches have been used. The proposed methodology can be applied to parts with multi stage manufacturing processes and different suppliers. Therefore this methodology provides a scale for decision making from full outsourcing to full manufacturing and with selecting appropriate supplier.

Abstract: 

In the last two decades there has been an increasing interest in the concept of agricultural sustainability. Philosophical, theoretical and practical aspects, primarily the environmental concern, have been extensively developed in agronomic and economic forums. The important concern now is how to use sustainability as an operational criterion in the management of agricultural systems. This paper presents a new modeling framework which uses quantified sustainability criteria in an optimization model. Fractional programming is presented as a tool for studying the sustainability of agricultural systems. The essentials of the technique in both the single and the multi-objective cases are outlined.

Abstract: 

Among the factors and indexes considered for the environmental evaluation of projects mostly the factors with environmental aspects are chosen. decision making on relative superiority of a project compared to other factors requires going beyond investigation of the exclusive environmental consequences. Environmental Geotechnics is a part of Engineering Geology that considers Environmental and Geotechnical issues concurrently. In this research it has been tried for the first time to investigate environmental factors and issues besides geotechnical viewpoints. For doing so, the water and soil different standards in different scopes including drinking water, agriculture and geotechnics have been investigated and evaluated by the help of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute decision making Technique of TOPSIS. Also, their differences and features have been referred while comparison of the mentioned techniques results.As an environment of appropriate decision, 4 networks of irrigation and drainage from Khuzestan province with the name of irrigation and drainage networks of Evan (North- West of Khuzestan), Dasht-e Azadegan (west of Khuzestan), Ramhormoz (east of Khuzestan) and Kheir Abad (South-east of Khuzestan) was used as a platform of necessary information.

Abstract: 

In this research, author reviews references related to the topic of multi-criterion (goal programming, Multiple objective linear and nonlinear programming, bi-criterion programming, Multi-Attribute decision-making, Compromise Programming, Surrogate Worth Trade-off Method) and various versions of vehicle routing problem (VRP), Multi-Depot VRP (MDVRP), VRP with time windows (VRPWTW), Stochastic VRP (SVRP), Capacitated VRP (CVRP), Fuzzy VRP (FVRP), Location VRP (LVRP), Backhauling VRP (BHVRP), Facility Location VRP (FLVRP), and Inventory control VRP (ICVRP). Although VRP is a research area with rich research works and powerful researchers, only 81 articles are found that relate various vehicle routing type problems with various Multiple objectives techniques. This author found that there is no research done in some areas of VRP (i.e., FVRP, ICVRP, LRP and CVRP). It is interesting to see that this research area was completely unattractive to master students (with zero research reported) and somewhat attractive to doctoral students (with 6 researches reported). Among the many multi-criterion programming techniques available, only three of them (goal programming, bi-criterion programming, linear and nonlinear multi-objective programming) are being employed to solve the problem.

Abstract: 

SOUTHERN PROVINCES OF IRAN ARE IDEAL PLACES FOR CULTIVATION OF SHRIMP DUE TO THEIR GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION AND SUITABLE CONDITIONS THAT THEY HAVE. THE FIRST STEP TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THESE FIELDS CAN BE FINDING WHICH PLACE IS APPROPRIATE LOCATION FOR THIS PURPOSE. NO EFFORTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONDUCTED IN IRAN TO LOCATE IDEAL SPOTS OF SHRIMP FARMS BASED ON GIS TECHNOLOGY, INSTEAD TRADITIONAL METHODS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FOCUSED. THIS STUDY INTRODUCES A METHODOLOGY TO USE GIS AND FUZZY MULTI-criteria TECHNOLOGY TO FIND SPOTS WHERE ARE SUITABLE FOR SHRIMP FARMING. INITIALLY, THE SELECTION criteria AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SHRIMP FARMS MUST BE INTRODUCE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO MATCH DATA COLLECTED FROM DIFFERENT SPOTS WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS AND criteria. AT THE NEXT STEP, AHP FUZZY METHOD IS APPLIED TO EACH ONE OF THE criteria BASED ON THEIR DEGREE OF IMPORTANCE. THEY ARE THEN WEIGHTED AND CONSOLIDATED.

Abstract: 

To support evaluation and selection processes in engineering, formal decision making methods can be used. A great number of works applying diverse Multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques for engineering problems have been published recently. A new approach of hybrid MCDM methods has been developing rapidly during the past few years. The current paper aims at filling the gap and to summarize publications related to applications of hybrid MCDM for engineering. The study is limited solely on papers referred in Thomson Reuters Web of Science Core Collection academic database. It aims to review how the papers have been distributed by period of publishing and by country, which Multiple criteria decision making methods have been used the most frequently in developing hybrid approaches and in what domains the methods have been applied. For a more detailed analysis of applications, journal articles from engineering research area were grouped by research domains and further by analyzed issues. Findings of the current review paper confirm that hybrid MCDM approaches, due to their abilities in integrating different techniques, can assist in handling miscellaneous information taking into account stakeholders’ preferences when making decisions in engineering.
